Egg replacement (egg substitute)

24 larges Eggs, white only
1 cup Non fat dry milk
¼ cup Canola oil
¼ teaspoon Turmeric (up to 1/2)
6 larges Egg whites only
¼ cup Dry not fat milk
1 tablespoon Canola oil
6 drops Tumeric

Directions

FOR LARGE BATCH

FOR SMALL BATCH

Blend until smooth, refrigerate 1 week or freeze. Package into useful sized containers, freeze until needed.
