cup Shortening (solid Crisco white stuff type)
Ice water (enough to blend the pastry)

Make a rich pastry dough byu combining ingredients. Chill dough for half an hour. Roll our and cut into small rounds. Place spoonful of grated cheese on one half of a round. Dampen the edges, fold over and press edges together. Bake at 375 F for 20 minutes.
