1 | cup | Chopped cucumbers |
1 | cup | Chopped green peppers |
1 | cup | Chopped cabbage |
1 | cup | Chopped onion |
1 | cup | Green tomatoes, chopped |
1 | cup | Chopped carrots |
1 | cup | Chopped celery |
2 | cups | Vinegar |
2 | cups | Sugar |
2 | teaspoons | Turmeric |
2 | teaspoons | Mustard seed |
1 | teaspoon | Celery seed |
Directions
Soak cucumbers and tomatoes in salt water while grinding the rest.
Drain. Mix everything and boil for 20 minutes. Fill clean, sterile bottles and seal.
