Fancy tomato sauce

1 | Clove garlic, finely chopped | |
1 | Bay leaf | |
⅛ | teaspoon | Celery salt |
⅛ | teaspoon | Thyme, ground |
¼ | teaspoon | Basil, ground |
½ | cup | Chopped onion |
½ | cup | Green bell pepper, diced |
¼ | cup | Tomato juice |
⅛ | teaspoon | Rosemary, ground |
¼ | teaspoon | Oregano, ground |
¼ | cup | Tomato paste |
Directions
Heat oil and saute onion and garlic until tender. Add pepper, bay leaf, and tomato juice. Simmer 15 minutes. Mix together celery salt, rosemary, thyme, oregano, and basil.
