Fennel stuffing

cup Bread crumbs
¼ cup Chopped celery
1 x Egg, beaten
¼ teaspoon Paprika
¼ cup Chopped onion
½ cup Chopped fennel stalk
¼ teaspoon Salt
1 x Sprig chopped fennel

Directions

Combine bread crumbs, chopped vegs and egg. Sprinkle seasonings and toss. Moisten with a little milk or water if necessary and use dressing to stuff a fish cavity before baking.
