Filet mignon marchad de vin

Quantity Ingredient
2 Filet mignon steaks
½ cup Marchad de Vin sauce (see recipe)

Directions

Broil or grill steaks until nearly done to your preference. During last 2 minutes, cover the top of each steak with about ¼ cup hot Marchad de Vin sauce. Remove from broiler or grill & serve.
