16 ounces Flangeolet beans
32 ounces Lamb stock
Pepper
Salt

Directions

Heat olive oil in a saucepan and add shallot and garlic sweat. Add flangeolet beans and lamb stock. Cook until beans are tender and add salt and pepper.
