Directions

Using a cookie cutter, press out shapes of light rye bread. Press out identical shapes from ¼ inch thick slices of honeydew melon. Spread the shapes with a little mayonnaise. Top with melon, a cooked bay shrimp, and marigold petals. Serve cool.
