Formosan pork

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
3 tablespoons Oil
½ pounds Pork; in sm. pieces
3 Onions; chopped fine
3 tablespoons Soy sauce
½ Head cabbage; finely shredded
1 tablespoon Chopped gingerroot
3 Green peppers; in 1/2\" squares
1 pinch Salt
1 teaspoon Sugar
Hot cooked rice

Directions

Heat oil in pan. Add pork and onion. Stir-fry unitl limp. Add soy sauce and cabbage. Cook until cabbage is crisp tender. Add gingerroot, green peppers, salt and sugar. Heat through. Serve over hot cooked rice.
