Fran's pecan tartlets (carmel nut tarts)

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
½ cup Butter
1 each 3 oz
1     egg
cup Flour
pack Cream cheese

Directions

Mix like pie crust, press into small tartlet size muffin tins FILLING

¾ c dark brown sugar, packed ¼ tsp salt

1 Tbl melted butter

1 c chopped pecans

½ tsp vanilla

Mix and pour into tart shells.

Bake for 20 min. at 350 degrees - or until shiny on top Source: Fran Parker
