MUSKMELON 1. Select fully ripe, but firm melons.
2. Cut in half, scoop out seeds, and cut off rind.
3. Cut into ¾-inch cubes, slices, or balls. Pack into freezer containers or freezer bags, seal, and freeze.
4. Thaw only until still slightly frozen and serve.
