French apple bread pudding

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
3 Eggs
1 can (14 oz) Eagle Brand sweetened milk
3 mediums Apples, pared, cored, finely chopped
cup Hot water
¼ cup Butter
1 teaspoon Ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon Vanilla
4 cups French bread cubes
½ cup Raisins

Directions

Preheat oven to 350° In large bowl, beat eggs, add milk, apples, water, butter, cinnamon and vanilla. Stir in bread and raisins, moistening completely. Turn into buttered 9 in. square baking dish. Bake 1 hour or until test shows doness. Cool. Serve warm with ice cream. Refrigerate leftovers.
