Fresh apple-raisin dip

Ingredients

1 medium Apple, cored, cut into chunks
2 tablespoons Orange juice
2 tablespoons Slivered almonds
1 tablespoon Raisins
½ teaspoon Cinnamon
½ teaspoon Lemon juice
Celery sticks

Directions

In a food processor bowl, with metal blade, combine all ingredients except celery sticks. Process with 10 to 12 on/off pulses until mixture is coarsely chopped. Serve with celery sticks, or ginger snaps, or Graham Crackers. Store in refrigerator.
