Fresh broccoli casserole

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
9/16 pounds Broccoli, trimmed and cut into spears
¼ cup Grated onion
1 can 10.3/4 oz can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
1 cup Light sour cream
cup Freshly grated Parmesan cheese
¼ cup Crumbled herb-seasoned bread crumbs

Directions

Steam broccoli until just barely fork tender; rinse in cold water and drain well. Place well-drained broccoli in a flat 1⅒/2-2qt casserole. Combine next four ingredients and spread over broccoli; top with herb-seasoned bread crumbs. Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 30-35 minutes or until broccoli is tender and crumbs are golden brown.

Serves 6-8
