Fresh tomato relish #2

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
2 cups Vinegar
½ cup Sugar
2 quarts Chopped tomatoes (11 large)
½ cup Chopped onion
1 each Green pepper, diced
2 eaches Celery ribs, diced
¼ cup Prepared horseradish
1 tablespoon Salt
1 tablespoon Mustard seed
teaspoon Pepper
1 teaspoon Ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon Ground cloves

Directions

In saucepan, bring vinegar and sugar to boil. Remove from heat; cool completely in large bowl, combining remaining ingredients. Mix well and spoon into storage containers, allowing ½ inch headroom.

Refrigerate up to 2 weeks or freeze up to 12 months. Serve with slotted spoon.
