Frozen blushing salad

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
cup Granulated sugar
1 cup Crushed pineapple with juice
1 10 oz. pkg. frozen straw berries, thawed
1 cup Whipping cream ( or 1 env. topping)

Directions

Have cream cheese at room temperature. Add sugar and mix well to dissolve.

Add pineapple and strawberries. Stir and mash with fork. It will be a bit lumpy.

Whip cream until stiff. Fold into fruit. Pour into ring mold or soup cans. Freeze. Cover to store. Unmold ring on plate. If in cans, remove bottom end and push salad out on plate. Slice. Serves 8-10 Typed in MMFormat by cjhartlin@... Source: Company's Coming Salads.
