Frozen coconut pie

3 ounces Cream cheese -- softened
1 tablespoon Sugar
½ cup Milk
1⅓ cup Coconut
8 ounces Cool Whip* -- thawed
½ teaspoon Vanilla
1 Graham cracker pie crust, 9

Directions

Beat cream cheese and sugar in large bowl. Gradually add milk; beat until smooth. Stir in coconut, cool whip and vanilla. Spoon into crust. Freeze 4 hours or until firm. Let stand at room temperature 15 minutes until it can be cut easily. Store leftover pie in freezer.
