Frozen dough bagels

1 | pack | Frozen bread dough |
1 | gallon | Water, boiling |
1 | each | Egg yolk |
1 | tablespoon | Water |
Directions
Let dough thaw overnight in refrigerator. Cut each loaf into 9-12 equal pieces. Roll into ropes and pinch ends together to form circle.
Preheat oven to 350 F. Drop bagel into boiling water, cooking one minute per side. Lift out of water with slotted spoon and place on greased cookie sheet. Brush with a mixture of eqq yolk and water.
Bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
