Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
2 cups Flour
1 teaspoon Cinnamon
1 teaspoon Cloves
1 cup Sugar
2 Eggs
⅔ cup Butter; softened
1 pounds Pecans; chopped
1 pounds Mixed candied fruit
1 Box golden raisins
½ cup Apple juice (or other)
1 teaspoon Baking soda dissolved in
1 tablespoon Hot water

Directions

Mix all ingredients as listed & drop by teaspoonful onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 300 about 25 minutes.
