Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 cup Sugar
cup Butter
2 Eggs
1 pounds Pecans
1 pounds Dates
½ pounds Raisins
1 teaspoon Vanilla
cup Flour
1 teaspoon Cinnamon
1 teaspoon Cloves
1 teaspoon Soda mixed in: hot water
½ cup Wine
1 pinch Salt

Directions

Cream sugar and butter. Add eggs and vanilla. Flour dates, raisins and pecans. Add remaining flour and dry ingredients along with soda, water and wine. Bake at 375 for 15-20 minutes.
