Honey; to taste, 1 to 2 teaspoonfuls | ||
¼ | teaspoon | Saffron threads; steeped in: |
2 | teaspoons | Hot water |
1 | cup | Ice water |
Lemon juice; to taste, 2 to 3 tablespoons | ||
1 | cup | Plain yogurt |
Directions
In a blender, puree the mango or other fruit with other ingredients; chill for 2 hours before serving and stir before serving.
Yield: about 2 to 3 cups
