Fudge nut muffins

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
4 Squares semi-sweet chocolate
2 Sticks butter (up to)
3 cups Chopped pecans
cup Sugar
1 cup Unsifted flour
4 larges Eggs
1 teaspoon Vanilla

Directions

Melt chocolate & butter in saucepan. Add nuts. In mixing bowl stir sugar, flour, eggs & vanilla. (Do not use electric mixer.) Stir only enough to blend the ingredients. Add chocolate mixture. Stir only enough to blend. Do not beat. Place in paper muffin containers placed in muffin tins. Bake at 325 for 25-30 minutes. DO NOT OVERCOOK. Makes 24 cupcakes.
