Garden vegetable burgers

Ingredients

1 pounds Ground round
½ cup Chopped cilantro
¼ cup Chopped red onion
¼ cup Tiny capers; drained
¼ cup Dijon mustard
2 Ripe plum tomatoes; seeded and diced
¼ cup Chopped green bell pepper
2 tablespoons Dry breadcrumbs
1 Egg white
1 teaspoon Caraway seeds
1 teaspoon Pepper

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a bowl and gently mix them together with your hands or with a fork. Divide the mixture into four equal portions, and shape them into ½-inch-thick patties. Place the patties on your prepared grill rack and cook for about 5 minutes on each side or until they reach the desired degree of doneness. Preparation time: 10 minutes Grilling time: 10 minutes Yield: 4 patties
