German leberknoedel (liver dumplings)

Quantity Ingredient
½ pounds Liver; ground
1 Medium onion; minced
2 tablespoons Butter
¼ pounds Raw spinach
2 Eggs; well beaten
2 tablespoons Parsley; chopped
1 tablespoon Flour

Directions
