German nudlesalat (macaroni salad)

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
2 cups Uncooked macaroni
4 Dill pickles; diced (Kosher preferred)
1 cup Cooked peas
¾ cup Mayonnaise
2 Hard boiled eggs; diced
½ Tomato diced
1 teaspoon Black pepper
1 teaspoon Paprika 1/4 onion finely chopped; (optional)

Directions

Cook macaroni, rinse and drain. Combine all ingredients in a salad bowl and mix carefully. Garnish with fresh tomato slices, parsley or sliced hard boiled eggs.
