Gertrude's salad

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
2 packs (3-oz) orange gelatin
1 cup Boiling water
½ cup Cold water
1 can (16-oz) pickled peaches; chopped
½ cup Peach juice
1 pack (8-oz) cream cheese; softened
½ pint Cream; whipped

Directions

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Add cold water and peach juice. Add peaches and cream cheese. Mix. Chill slightly. Fold in whipped cream. Pour into 2-quart dish. Chill.
