Ingredients

1⅔ | cup | Flour |
1 | teaspoon | Baking powder |
½ | teaspoon | Salt |
10 | Egg yolks | |
½ | cup | Boiling water |
1 | cup | Sugar |
Directions
Mix together flour, baking powder and salt; sift three times. Beat the egg yolks a little. Add the boiling water a little at a time. Add the sugar slowly. Beat for 10 minutes. By hand, carefully fold in sifted flour mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for an hour.
