Graham bread for abm

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 Jumbo Egg; Or 2 Small Eggs
cup Water; Tepid
cup Milk; Tepid*
¼ cup Honey; Tepid
1⅓ teaspoon Butter; * See Note
1 tablespoon Salt
1⅓ cup Graham Flour
2⅔ cup Bread Flour
2 teaspoons Yeast

Directions

This is my absolute favorite bread.

*to make pareve, use margarine and soy or rice milk instead of the butter and milk - just as good

Add ingredients to the machine according the manufacturer's preference. Set on dark. This is for the 2 lb loaf.
