⅜ | cup | Wheat bran |
1½ | teaspoon | Salt |
3 | tablespoons | Sugar |
1½ | tablespoon | Butter, unsalted |
1½ | tablespoon | Dry milk |
1 | teaspoon | Active dry yeast |
Directions
Put the ingredients in the bread pan in the order suggested by the manufacturer and process on the basic bread cycle. 1-½ lb. loaf.
Deb's notes: Excellent! Light, fluffy. OK to substitute oat bran for wheat bran.
