60 | grams | Butter |
150 | grams | Blue cheese |

Directions
Peel potatoes, wash, dry and slice them, boil milk and let cool. Preheat oven to 350. Peel garlic, and rub baking dish with it. Butter dish 30g of the butter. Mix eggs, milk, salt, pepper, nutmeg.
Layer potatoes, cheese, alternating. Pour the egg-milk mixture over each layer. Repeat until all ingredients are used. Sprinkle a little cheese on top. Cut 30 g butter in small pieces and dot the top. Put dish in warm oven for 1 hour. Serve the "gratin" in its baking dish.
