28 ounces Plum tomatoes -- drained

cup Olive oil
½ teaspoon Pepper
¼ cup White wine
2 teaspoons Celentro -- minced
1 tablespoon White vinegar
8 eaches Chicken ; breasts -- skin

3 eaches Green onions -- chopped
Ground pepper
4 cups Garlic -- minced

Directions

In lg. bowl combine all the ingredents for the sauce. Mix well, cover and refrigerate over night. Heat an outside grill and let the sauce> come to room temp. Sprinkel the chicken with lime juice and with salt and pepper, as you like.
