Grune bohnen mit birner

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
8 ounces Runner beans
8 ounces Sliced pealed pears
4 ounces Butter
1 ounce Sugar
2 ounces Vinegar
Salt & pepper

Directions

Clean and trim runner beans and slice thinly. Par boil in salted water for 12 minutes. Drain and toss in butter with pears. Sason to taste and add sugar and vinegar. Stir well.
