Ham sandwich squares

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
¼ cup + 2 Tbsp lite ricotta cheese
2 tablespoons Nonfat mayonnaise
1 tablespoon Lemon juice
½ teaspoon Dry mustard
¼ teaspoon Garlic powder
x Vegetable cooking spray
1 pounds Loaf frozen white bread dough; thawed
1 tablespoon Reduced-calories margarine; melted
6 eaches 1-oz. slices Healthy Choice deli-style ham
2 mediums Tomatoes; thinly sliced
8 eaches 2/3-oz. slices Healthy Choice American singles cheese
2 eaches Cucumbers; peeled and thinly sliced lengthwise
½ cup Sliced green onions
4 ounces Alfalfa sprouts; washed and drained

Directions

Combine first 5 ingredidents in container of an electric blender; process until smooth. Set aside.

Coat a 15- x 10- x 1-inch jellyroll pan with cooking spray; set aside. Roll dough on a lightly-floured surface in a 15-x 10-inch rectangle; transfer to pan. Pat to the edge of pan; brush entire surface with margarine. Let rise in a warm place (85 degrees), free from drafts, 30 minutes or until doubled in bulk. Bake at 450 degrees for 10 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from oven, and cool 3 minutes. (Crust may be left in pan to serve or may be carefully removed to a tray.) Spread crust with ricotta mixture.

Arrange remaining ingredients over ricotta mixture. Cut into squares.

Yield: 12 servings.
