Ham sandwich squares

Ingredients

1 | tablespoon | Lemon juice |
½ | teaspoon | Dry mustard |
¼ | teaspoon | Garlic powder |
x | Vegetable cooking spray | |
1 | pounds | Loaf frozen white bread dough; thawed |
1 | tablespoon | Reduced-calories margarine; melted |
6 | eaches | 1-oz. slices Healthy Choice deli-style ham |
2 | mediums | Tomatoes; thinly sliced |
8 | eaches | 2/3-oz. slices Healthy Choice American singles cheese |
2 | eaches | Cucumbers; peeled and thinly sliced lengthwise |
½ | cup | Sliced green onions |
4 | ounces | Alfalfa sprouts; washed and drained |
Directions
Combine first 5 ingredidents in container of an electric blender; process until smooth. Set aside.
Coat a 15- x 10- x 1-inch jellyroll pan with cooking spray; set aside. Roll dough on a lightly-floured surface in a 15-x 10-inch rectangle; transfer to pan. Pat to the edge of pan; brush entire surface with margarine. Let rise in a warm place (85 degrees), free from drafts, 30 minutes or until doubled in bulk. Bake at 450 degrees for 10 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from oven, and cool 3 minutes. (Crust may be left in pan to serve or may be carefully removed to a tray.) Spread crust with ricotta mixture.
Arrange remaining ingredients over ricotta mixture. Cut into squares.
