Hamburger stroganoff^

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
pounds Lean ground beef
½ cup Chopped onion
2 tablespoons Butter
2 tablespoons Flour
½ teaspoon Salt
2 ounces Wide egg noodles, cooked
2 teaspoons Poppy seeds
1 clove Garlic, minced
¼ teaspoon Pepper
1 can (4oz) mushrooms, drained
1 can Cream of chicken soup
1 cup Sour cream
1 tablespoon Melted butter
Chopped fresh parsley

Directions

POPPY SEED NOODLES

Brown beef and onion until onion is tender. Stir in flour, salt, garlic, pepper and mushrooms. Cook, stirring constantly for 5 minutes. Stir in soup and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Stir in sour cream and heat Combine noodles, poppy seeds and butter; toss to combine. Spon stroganoff over and sprinkle with parsley.
