Ingredients

2 cups Chopped Onion
2 teaspoons Salt
1 Clove Minced Garlic
4 teaspoons Pepper
4 cups Butter
8 ounces Can Mushrooms
1 pounds Hamburger
8 ounces Can Cream of Chicken Soup
2 tablespoons Flour
Parsley
1 cup Sour Cream

Directions

Saute' onion and garlic in butter over medium heat. Stir in meat and brown.

Stir in flour, salt, pepper and mushrooms cook 5 minutes. Stir in soup, simmer uncovered 10 minutes. Stir in sour cream, heat through. Garnish with parsley. Serve on noodles or rice.
