Meat fried | ||
Whole eggs | ||

Water to cover | ||

Directions
In your pot, first put the beans, potatoes, meat, eggs. You put the fried rice in a thin clothe, not to mix with the rest. Put on top. Then celery, cover with water, add salt, pepper. Cover hermetically. Boil then put it on low heat till next day.
Sometimes I put red wine , it is delicious.
