Ingredients

1 | Yellow cake mix | |
2 | Eggs | |
¼ | cup | Oil |
¼ | cup | Water |
1 | cup | Peanut butter |
¾ | cup | Sugar |
Directions
Mix all ingredients. Batter will be stiff. Sprinkle flour on work surface.
Knead the dough until thoroughly blended, using extra flour if necessary.
Divide dough into 2 or 3 parts. Roll dough to less than ½-inch thickness.
Cut shapes with birthday cake cookie cutter. Place in pan lightly sprayed with Pam. With a knife, mark "NN" on the uncooked cookie. Lightly sprinkle sugar on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 7 to 9 minutes, depending on oven.
Allow to cool for 3 to 4 minutes before removing from pan.
