½ cup Carrots, chopped or grated
½ cup Raisins
½ cup Sunflower seeds
½ cup Bran flakes
2 tablespoons Wheat germ
2 teaspoons Yeast, fast rise or machine or -
3 teaspoons Yeast, active dry

This bread has everything, including flavor! It's moist with a light crunch, and chock full of good things. Serve it with a fresh fruit plate, and let them think it's all about taste! If using the time bakc cycle, place the carrots away from the yeast to prevent carrots from turning brown.

This recipe can be used with the regular, rapid or delayed time bake cycles.
