Hearty oat and cornbread

½ | cup | Flour, All-Purpose |
1 | tablespoon | Baking Powder |
¼ | teaspoon | Salt -- optional |
1 | cup | Nonfat Milk |
½ | cup | Corn Kernels |
2 | tablespoons | Applesauce |
2 | Egg Beaters. 99% Egg | |
Substitute -- or substitute | ||
2 | tablespoons | Onion -- finely chopped |
Directions
Heat oven to 425 deg F. Spray an 8 or 9" square baking pan with nonstick spray.
In a med. bowl, combine dry ingredients.
Add remaining ingredients that have been combined in a small bowl; mix well.
Spread evenly into prepared pan.
Bake 20 - 25 min or until edges are lightly browned. Serve warm.
