Ingredients

1¼ | cup | Warm water |
1 | tablespoon | Butter or olive oil |
¼ | cup | Brown sugar |
1½ | teaspoon | Salt |
3 | cups | White bread flour |
½ | cup | Quick oats |
2 | teaspoons | Yeast (rapid) |
1 | cup | Chopped walnuts |
Directions
FOR 1-½ LB LOAF
Load ingredients into breadmachine pan according to manufacturer's directions. Bake on white bread setting unless otherwise indicated. Do NOT chop the walnuts as they almost disapear if you put them in at the beginning of the cycle. (they still taste great) But if you add them at the raisin/fruit beep chop them up a bit.
