Herbed bulgar

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
6 ounces Bulgur; (1 cup)
2 cups Water
1 tablespoon Margarine; optional
1 tablespoon Dried parsley
2 tablespoons Dried onions
½ teaspoon Ground sage
½ teaspoon Savory
Salt and pepper; to taste

Directions

In a medium saucepan, combine all ingredients. Cover and bring to a boil over medium heat. Reduce heat to low and simmer 15 mintues, until all the liquid is absorbed.
