Hot fudge sauce #2

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 pack (6-oz) semi-sweet chocolate chips -or-
4 (1-oz) squares semi-sweet chocolate
2 tablespoons Margarine or butter
1 can (14-oz) Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk (not evaporated milk)
2 tablespoons Water
1 teaspoon Vanilla extract

Directions

In heavy saucepan, over medium heat, melt chips and margarine with sweetened condensed milk, water and vanilla. Cook and stir constantly until thickened, about 5 minutes. Serve warm over ice cream. Refrigerate leftovers.

To Reheat: In small heavy saucepan, combine desired amount of sauce with small amount of water. Over low heat, stir constantly until heated through.

MICROWAVE**: In 1-quart glass measure, combine ingredients. Cook on 100% power (high) 3 to 3-½ minutes, stirrng after each minute.
