Irish oatcakes

Ingredients
Quantity | Ingredient | |

¾ | cup | Oatmeal (preferably fine) |
¼ | cup | Flour |
1 | teaspoon | Salt |
1¼ | cup | Warm water |
Directions
1. Mix flour and salt together. Slowly add warm water. Roll out onto a floured board to ¼-inch thick. Cut into triangles.
2. Cook on a non-stick pan or griddle until golden on both sides. Dry out in a 300F oven until crisp.
