Iron skillet biscuits

2 cups Self rising flour
¾ cup Water or milk
3 tablespoons Shortening

Preheat oven to 475 degrees. Cut shortening into flour, gradually add milk. Generously grease 10 inch iron skillet. Drop large spoonfuls of batter into skillet (an ice cream scooper works great.)
