Iron skillet biscuits

Ingredients
Quantity | Ingredient | |

2 | cups | Self rising flour |
¾ | cup | Water or milk |
3 | tablespoons | Shortening |
½ | cup | Butter, melted |
Directions
Preheat oven to 475 degrees. Cut shortening into flour, gradually add milk. Generously grease 10 inch iron skillet. Drop large spoonfuls of batter into skillet (an ice cream scooper works great.) Bake 5 minutes; remove from oven and pour melted butter over top. Return to oven and bake 10 to 15 minutes longer, or until brown.
