1 Chicken (2 1/2-3 lb) cut up
½ cup Mayonnaise
1¼ cup Italian seasoned bread
Crumbs

Directions

Brush chicken with mayonnaise. Place bread crumbs in a large plastic bag. Add chicken 1 piece at a time; shake to coat well. Place on rack in broiler pan. Bake in 425 oven about 40 minutes or until golden brown.
