Israeli coffee chicken

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 large Broiler fryer 4lbs; cut in 8 parts, breast and legs only
¾ cup Black coffee
1 tablespoon Ketchup
3 tablespoons Soy sauce
2 tablespoons Lemon juice
2 tablespoons White vinegar
1 tablespoon Olive oil
2 tablespoons Brown sugar

Directions

Mix liquids and sugar and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer 5-10 minutes to reduce. Pour over chicken in a shallow baking dish and bake at 350 uncovered for 1 hour. Turn chicken pieces a few times while baking.
