¼ cup Olive oil
2 cups All-purpose flour; unbleached
teaspoon Salt
2 teaspoons Active dry yeast

Directions

Place mashed potatoes into machine baking pan, add oil. Add flour & salt, then yeast. Use rapid cycle for this loaf.
