Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
2 pounds Veal cubes
2 Onions; sliced
2 larges Tomatoes; cut up
2 Cloves garlic; minced
2 Green peppers; sliced
¼ cup White wine
4 teaspoons Oregano
Salt and pepper

Directions

Combine all in crockpot. Cook on low for 8-10 hours.
