1 | pounds | Italian sausage, cut in 2\" chunks |

1 | Chicken, 3 pound, cut up | |
1 | tablespoon | Olive oil |

Pepper | ||
½ | teaspoon | Black pepper |
Directions
Put pepper, tomatoes, and sausage chunks in a baking pan and sprinkle with garlic. Arrange chicken on top. Brush chicken with olive oil.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Bake, uncovered, 1 hour and 15 minutes, until tender, basting frequently.
