Jellied beef broth

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
½ cup Concentrated meat broth
2 cups Boiling water
2 teaspoons Gelatin
½ Bay leaf
1 Clove
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
Chopped parsley
Salt and pepper
1 tablespoon Cold water
1 teaspoon Celery salt

Directions

Combine broth, water, bay leaf, clove, celery salt, and Worcestershire sauce. Season to taste. Simmer 10 minutes. Strain. Add gelatin which has been softened in cold water. Stir until dissolved. Pour into bouillon cups. Chill until firm. Garnish with chopped parsley.
